Outlined below is the section from our By-Laws that states how points are awarded and what points are used for. It is your responsibility to track your points. If you are the leader of a function, it is your responsibility to have a sign-up sheet available and to make sure everyone in attendance has signed in, and out if hours are being tracked. Once the event is over please make sure that sign-up sheet is submitted to Bobi. We will begin listing points in HDN as well so you are aware of the available points for any given event.
A. Points shall be earned by PHoPS members based on the system outlined in section C below and shall be effective from January to January of each calendar year. Value and awards will be determined by the Board of Directors. Prizes for the highest point earners will be awarded at the February business meeting.
B. In the event that Jimmy Buffett performs in the northwest, and we have more than 300 requests for tickets, no more than two tickets per member will be available to the highest point earners.
