Parrot Heads of Puget Sound is a social charity club. Our Goals are to help our community, improve the environment, make new friends, and HAVE FUN!! Initial dues are pro-rated depending on when you join. Upon first renewal, the full rate of $30 single / $45 couple annually applies. . Make checks payable to: “Parrot Heads of Puget Sound” or “PHoPS”.

By signing this document, I swear that the information provided by me is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge. I understand that this application does not guarantee membership in the Parrot Heads of Puget Sound “Webfoot Children in the Rain.” Each member of the Parrot Heads of Puget Sound is responsible for their own actions and behavior -positive or negative. I understand that membership can be revoked at any time.

Membership in the club does not give license to use Jimmy Buffett’s name, song titles, lyrics, names of businesses, or other trademarked, copyrighted, or reserved material owned by Jimmy Buffett. Use of the name “Parrot Heads of Puget Sound,” “PHoPS,” or “Webfoot Children in the Rain” given by permission only. Membership dues paid to the Parrot Heads of Puget Sound are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes.
